No. They open your link, pick a service and a time, leave their name and email, and they are done. They get a booking reference immediately.
No. The slot is locked at the moment of confirmation and checked against every existing booking for that staff member and room, so double bookings cannot happen.
You declare what each service requires — for example one therapist plus one treatment room — and the engine only offers times when both are free.
Only you and the people you give access to. Your business data is isolated from every other business on the platform, and you can ask for an export or a full deletion at any time.
